Radium Perfect Life (A6) is awarded the
World Gold Winner under the Affordable Housing Category of the
FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2022
Listed company RADIUM Group (2547 TW) announces its project “Radium Perfect Life (A6)” is awarded both the “World Gold Winner under the Affordable Housing Category,” and “World Silver Winner under the Master Plan Category” of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2022.
Radium Perfect Life is the public bidding Radium won in 2011 to develop more than 4,000 affordable housing units in Banqiao. It’s located in the Fuzhou area of Banqiao District, one of the cities with earlier development history in New Taipei City. The project is designed to become a "suitable housing ecological demonstration community." Planning concepts are based on 7 O.D.(Oriented Development), which include orientations of local culture, energy & carbon reduction, ecology development, overall community building, function & safety, transportation, and community microclimate. The efforts Radium made to minimize impact to environment including to extend ecological environment with ecological green corridors & island-hopping in floating islands, create flood retention ponds, and widely set up green spaces with diverse tree species to facilitate biological habitat and create diversity.
With location adjacent to the Taiwan Railway Fuzhou Simple Station, Radium Perfect Life (A6) is able to connect with Taiwan main metropolitan areas with Banqiao Station in the north and Shulin Station in the south. It’s also close to the Far Eastern Hospital Station of the MRT Bannan Line to connect center of Taipei capital. The surrounding water resources of Dahan River and Nanzaigou have been well planned to become leisure places for residents to enjoy.
Banqiao's CBDs (Central Business District) are expected to grow with potential appreciation in recent years. One of them is composed of Fuzhou, Newban Special Economic Zone, and Far East Communication Park, with Google and Amazon joining this micro city. In response to trend of healthy houses, Radium launches a serial of garden households in Radium Perfect Life, with 60 to 70 pings per unit. The current market price is around NT$ 750,000 to NT$ 800,000 per ping for the front stores on 1st floor, and around NT$ 500,000 to NT$600,000 per ping for the garden offices and residential households.
Radium plans sustainable cities in the north, middle and south of Taiwan in sequence. It’s planning to build the “New Q-square, all aged healthy community” through renewal project on Kaohsiung railway station east old dormitory area. The project is nearby Taiwan Railway Kaohsiung Station, with land base of 8,392 pings. The north side is close to the green-garden road and the 71st rezoned area under development. The whole time line for the project estimated to be around 6 years. Radium hopes to make functional transformation in Kaohsiung old urban areas, so as to achieve the sustainable cities and communities of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG11).
