Radium Group Wins "2024 National Architecture Gold Award- Triple Crown" and "Taiwan Integrity Brand"
- Ji Shun Life Tech. Celebrates Five Prestigious Awards
Ji Shun Life Tech. Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Radium Group (2547 TW), has garnered multiple accolades for its Da’an District urban renewal project, "RADIUM ONE," at the 25th "National Architecture Gold Award" and the 19th "Taiwan Integrity Brand" ceremony. The honors include the “Golden Elephant Award,” the “Golden Lion Award” for Planning and Design, and the “Golden Lion Grand Prize,” earning the esteemed titles of the “National Architecture Gold Award Triple Crown” and the “Taiwan Integrity Brand – Outstanding Developer.” In recognition of their contribution to improving construction quality in Taiwan, Vice President Bi-khim Hsiao hosted the winners at the Presidential Office to express gratitude for their efforts.
Vice President Encourages Sustainable and Safe Development in Construction
During her address, Vice President Bi-khim Hsiao emphasized her appreciation for the winners’ contributions to Taiwan’s robust architecture. She encouraged the construction industry to persist in pursuing sustainability, green development, and resilience to natural disasters and climate change. Hsiao stressed the importance of integrating environmental and safety values into residential developments, enabling every Taiwanese resident to find a home that meets their needs.
"RADIUM ONE": A New Landmark Emerges
"RADIUM ONE," developed by Ji Shun Life Tech., is located in a serene lane on Guangfu South Road, Taipei. This project is a quintessential example of combining urban renewal with reconstruction efforts. Formerly the site of the aging Qiao'an New Village, consisting of 16 old apartment buildings, the area has been transformed after 12 years of planning into a state-of-the-art, 24-story SRC steel-reinforced seismic structure. The development offers rare residential units in the Da’an and Xinyi districts, ranging from 168 to 82 square meters, with 98 residential units and four storefronts available for sale.
The project integrates aesthetics, safety, and advanced technology, creating an internationally recognized living space. Ji Shun Life Tech. collaborated with renowned teams such as JDC Corporation Taiwan Branch (Japan) and CHY Architecture Urban Landscape, who also won the Golden Lion Grand Prize for their contributions. The project aims to achieve five major certifications, including WELL Healthy Building, Golden Smart Building, Green Building, Low-Carbon Building, and Earthquake-Resistant Building, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability. According to public disclosures, "RADIUM ONE" is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
A New Vision for Architecture and Community
Beyond construction quality, "RADIUM ONE" also fosters a deep connection with community culture. During construction, Radium transformed its site barriers into a public art gallery, inviting contemporary artists to create pieces that revitalized the space while paying homage to the memories of Taipei’s East District.
Looking Ahead: Sustainability and Innovation
Radium Group is also making significant strides in sustainable development. Subsidiaries Rih-Ding Water and Bao-Ding Reclaimed Water have achieved leading results in water resource recycling and reuse, with the Taoyuan public sewerage system reaching a user connection rate of over 61%. By integrating expertise in architecture and circular economy, Radium aims to achieve a win-win outcome of environmental and economic benefits in its pursuit of sustainability.
