Promoting Smart Green Buildings in Development Projects Across Taiwan

Radium Group's new development projects across Taiwan all adopt digital smart green building designs. These projects are equipped with automated energy management systems, integrating solar energy and water treatment systems to optimize energy usage and advance resilient urban development. The urban renewal project "RADIUM ONE" in Taipei's Da'an District was officially unveiled in May 2023 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. This project will redevelop the original Qiao’an New Village's 16 buildings into a 24-story above-ground, 4-story underground SRC steel-frame seismic-resistant building, aiming to achieve five major building certifications: WELL Health-Safety, Golden Smart Building, Green Building, Low-Carbon Building, and Seismic-Resistant Building. With multi-layered insulation designs that block 60% of external heat penetration, along with natural lighting and aerial three-dimensional garden planning, the project aims to create healthy, comfortable, and sustainable ecological residences.

In Taichung, the Green Line joint development projects at Wenxin Chongde Station, Wenxin Yinghua Station, and Nantun Station are currently undergoing urban design review, with construction permits expected by 2025. Additionally, the construction of the new administrative building and library for the National Palace Museum started in November 2022 and is planned for completion in the second half of 2024.
