Radium (2547.TW) Announces Operating Progress for Q3 2025

AI Water Resource Business Grows Steadily, Establishing Northern Taiwan’s Largest Sustainable Water Recycling Platform
Senior Caring, TOD, and Social Housing Drive Multi-Track Corporate Transformation

Radium Group (2547.TW) held its investor conference today (December 4), outlining its operating performance for the third quarter of 2025 and detailing the company’s rapid expansion and strategic positioning in AI water recycling and reclaimed water business. The Group’s consolidated revenue for the first three quarters was NT$4.198 billion, with EPS of NT$2.78. Of this, water resources business revenue exceeded NT$1.9 billion, accounting for 46% of Radium’s consolidated revenue. Through the integration of the Taoyuan North District wastewater system and the reclaimed water plant, the Group has established the most extensive and technologically advanced intelligent water resource platform in Northern Taiwan. Concurrently, its senior caring business, TOD joint development projects, and social housing construction are progressing steadily, forming the core growth engines that support the Group’s transformation.

Reclaimed Water Operations Become Core Growth Driver, Forming Northern Taiwan’s Largest Intelligent Reclaimed Water Platform
Against the backdrop of government-driven reclaimed water policies and enterprises’ transition toward sustainable water resource, Radium’s subsidiary Bao Ding Reclaimed Water is executing a reclaimed water BTO project in the Taoyuan North District. The project supplies reclaimed water to Nan Ya Plastics and CPC Corporation at 25,000 CMD, and to Guanyin Industrial Park and Asia Petrochemical Corporation at 15,000 CMD, with a total water supply of 40,000 CMD in the second half of 2025 as scheduled. Upon full completion, the project will reach 112,000 CMD, making it the largest reclaimed water plant in Northern Taiwan. Purified water will be supplied to industries spanning petrochemicals, electronics, and the future aerospace park, making reclaimed water an indispensable and resilient water source for Northern Taiwan's industrial chain. This initiative is not only an infrastructure project but a core strategy advancing the Group toward circular economy development, sustainability governance, and AI-driven industrial upgrading.

Integrated Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Systems Establish a Northern Taiwan Circular Water Network
Subsidiary Rih Ding Water is concurrently implementing the Taoyuan wastewater sewerage BOT project, the largest public wastewater treatment system in Taiwan. The project targets full service coverage across six major urban planning districts in Taoyuan. As of Q3 2025, cumulative household connections reached 163,000, with 171 kilometers of connected pipelines and a treatment capacity of 100,000 CMD. Upon completion of phase III in 2026, capacity will increase to 150,000 CMD. This extensive wastewater system provides a stable and predictable source for reclaimed water production, forming a complete circular chain from wastewater collection to treatment, advanced purification, reclaimed water production, and industrial reuse. The initiative represents a regional circular water platform designed to enhance urban water resource resilience.

Technology Differentiation and Automation Leadership: Building Taiwan’s First Fully Automated Intelligent Reclaimed Water Plant
Leveraging advanced purification and AI-driven control technologies, Radium is constructing a data-driven water resource platform. The wastewater plant applies MBR membrane bioreactor processes combined with BioNET biofilm technology to ensure stable effluent quality. The reclaimed water plant utilizes dual purification with UF and RO systems, combining positive-pressure UF and low-pressure RO membranes to improve efficiency while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs. AI technologies for membrane life prediction, energy modeling, and water-quality anomaly forecasting further strengthen supply reliability, elevating reclaimed water from a secondary alternative to a trusted primary resource. The Group’s reclaimed water operations now feature four key intelligent capabilities: autonomous start-stop operations, energy-optimization control, automated water-quality determination, and abnormal-condition early warnings, setting a new technological benchmark for Taiwan’s water-resource infrastructure.

In the project’s later phases, Rih Ding Water plans to incorporate anaerobic digestion with biogas power generation, smart agriculture, and integrated water-energy applications. Upon completion of the third phase, the wastewater treatment system is expected to reduce carbon emissions by more than 6%, ensuring environmental, energy, and economic benefits.

Steady Expansion of Senior Caring Business: Genesis and Le Tau Chu Become Dual Anchors of the Group’s Senior Caring Portfolio
Beyond its water-resource businesses, Radium is simultaneously expanding into the senior caring sector through its “Le Tau Chu Senior Happiness Home” and “Genesis” brands. Le Tau Chu in Zhonghe has implemented health-management modules, care-technology systems, and professional operational models. The Genesis in Shanzhi, designed as an 816-unit intergenerational community, with full project completion expected in the first half of 2026. The Group views the senior-caring economy as a long-term growth direction, integrating property development, green building, and smart-care technologies to establish model senior caring communities.

TOD Joint Development and Social Housing Projects Advance Steadily
Development projects across northern and central Taiwan continue to progress. The three-station TOD joint development projects along Taichung MRT Green Line are scheduled for completion between 2028 and 2030. The urban renewal project on Guanqian Road in Taipei, designed as a Grade-A green commercial landmark, is undergoing rights conversion procedures and is expected to be completed in 2031. The “Radium ONE” light-luxury residence project in Taipei’s Da’an District is targeted for completion in the first half of 2027. The Dan Jin social housing project in Tamsui began construction at the end of 2024, offering 620 units with age-friendly facilities and an estimated construction period of 5.5 years.

Water Resources + Senior Caring + Sustainable Urban Development: Radium’s Growth Engine for the Next Decade
Radium Group will continue to advance water recycling and reclaimed-water technologies, expand circular-economy platforms, and leverage its TOD, social housing, and senior caring expertise to contribute to urban development across Taiwan. The Group will also deepen its transformation through AI technologies, driving sustainable growth for Taiwan’s cities and for the Group’s long-term corporate value.
