日勝生 (2547 TW)召開2021年股東常會
上市公司日勝生集團(2547 TW)召開2021年股東會，會中討論2020年財報，合併營收新台幣67.7億，歸屬本公司業主淨利6.2億，EPS0.69元，計畫配發股東每股現金股利新台幣0.62元。
日勝生董事長林榮顯表示，2020年疫情延續至今，所幸日勝生集團以多元事業互相支持，並且加速數位轉型。在建設營造事業上，日勝生於2021年5月與地主簽訂「台北市館前聯合大樓都市更新案」委託合作契約，開發館前路精華地段土地面積約599坪，計畫以「城中晶綻-白綠雙輝」為都更設計主題，規劃地上26層、地下5層，鋼骨結構並建置5G智慧營運管理系統，目標在台北城中心建造A級智慧綠建築為都更商辦大樓指標。
日勝生在中南部同步用心耕耘，繼2020年2月與臺鐵局簽訂「高雄火車站站東舊宿舍區都市更新事業」案，規劃高雄站東約8,378坪基地後，並接續於去年12月，分別與臺中市政府簽訂臺中捷運綠線「文心崇德站」約700坪、「文心櫻花站」約500坪基地之聯合開發投資契約，今年7月又獲選第三案臺中捷運綠線「南屯站」最優申請人，基地面積約771坪，計畫以共構型態，運用TOD (大眾運輸導向開發)都市發展模式，配合臺中公共交通系統打造捷運沿線軌道經濟地標。
在康養事業，日勝生配合台灣高齡政策「90.6.4」，以長輩族群90%在宅養老，6%社區養老，4%機構養老之政策規劃，自2018年投入「樂陶居-中和館」經營，以樂齡與青銀共區打出品牌，住戶滿意度高達 95.2%，也延伸成為租售並行「日勝生銀光計畫」。其首發三芝日初不老莊園建案，於2021年1月公開銷售，雖然有疫情因素，但樂齡族口碑帶動銷售，今年7月依規畫與子公司泰誠營造簽署三芝東側二期工程契約，金額新台幣21.98億元。三芝日初不老莊園東側基地面積4,656坪，規劃總樓板面積15,231坪，預計2023年底竣工。
至於較受疫情影響的營運事業，則善用危機加速數位轉型。京站百貨擴展數位通路，提供多元線上分眾行銷，包括京站直播、FB線上購、京站i購物Q online、美食外送平台QQ飛食等，也成功推升線上業績。日勝生加賀屋以其臺灣服務業休閒度假飯店金牌獎的日式高階形象，則強化官網及FB直播與導覽，並與京站百貨數位合作，以增加官網直客銷售與顧客黏著度。
日勝生循環經濟事業日鼎水務，建造管理桃園北區水資源回收中心及下水道系統BOT案，2020年廢水處理量已達1,700多萬噸。至2021年第一季桃園地區接管戶數達10.1萬戶，每日可處理污水容量達10萬噸，並使用專利過濾技術，使其3萬噸放流水已達回收水標準。子公司日鑽綠能於高雄旗山之太陽能發電系統，2020年太陽能年發電量超過316萬度，約當年度可貢獻大高雄區1,546位居民的日常用電。另外，2020年日勝生與中鼎集團聯盟共同取得經濟部工業局「彰濱工業區資源化處理中心新建營運移轉計畫 (BOT) 案」，並成立專案公司晶鼎綠能，負責此案未來20年之營運，現階段進行環評作業，預計完工後每天可處理700噸一般事業廢棄物及污泥等可再生能源。

RADIUM (2547 TW) Holds the 2021 Shareholders Meeting
Listed company RADIUM Life Tech. Co., LTD. (2547 TW) held the 2021 shareholders meeting to approve 2020 financial report. The 2020 consolidated revenue was NT$ 6.77 billion, net profit attributable to owners of the company was NT$ 622 million, and EPS NT$0.69. The Company plans to distribute cash dividend per share to shareholders NT$0.62.
Rong-Shian Lin, Chairman of RADIUM, said that despite Covid-19 pandemic continues in 2021, subsidiaries of Radium group are fortunately able to support each other along with accelerating digital transformation. For construction business, Radium group signed contract in May 2021 to develop “the urban renewal project of Lot 246, Subsection 2 Gongyuan Section, Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City.” Radium plans to develop an A-class, smart green office building at the very center of Taipei public transition network, with 26-floor high and 5-floor undergrounded design constructing with steel structure and 5G smart operation management system.
Radium group works hard also at the central and southern Taiwan. In February 2020, Radium signed urban renewal project “Kaohsiung Railway Station East Old Dormitory Area Urban Renewal Project” with the Taiwan Railways Administration to develop 8,378 pings land base. After that, in December 2020, Radium signed two investment contracts with the Taichung City Government. The two Taichung MRT system projects, Wenxin Chongde Station and Wenxin Yinghua Station with land bases of around 700 pings and 500 pings respectively, will be developed following transit-oriented development (TOD) model. In addition, Radium was also awarded in July 2021 by Taichung City Government the best applicant for MRT system project at Nantun Station. Nantun Station has a site area of around 771 pings. The three MRT projects will be constructed directly adjacent to their respective MRT stations to play the landmark roles along Taichung MRT system.
Since Taiwan has become an aging society, Taiwan senior caring policy targets to reach "90.6.4," indicating 90% of the elderly to get eldering caring service in their own houses, 6% to be provided by the society, and 4% to be cared by the institutes. In line with that, Radium invested into elderly caring business in 2018 and built up excellent reputation from its elderly house in Zhonghe “Le Tau Chu Senior Happiness Home” with resident satisfaction reaching 95.2%. Extending from that, Radium develops “Radium Silver Life Project” starting with “The Genesis-Sanzhi.” The eldering caring project announced in January 2021 and sales were increasing since then despite Covid-19 pandemic. To keep developing as scheduled, Radium has signed contract with subsidiary Titan Development and Construction to develop phase 2 of Genesis Sanzhi project- east side, contracted amount NT$ 2.198 billion. With base of 4,656 pings and a total floor area approximately 15,231 pings, east side of Sanzhi project is expected to be completed by end of 2023.
As for operating business, which is more affected by Covid-19 pandemic, Radium group makes good use of the crisis to speed up digital transformation. The department store subsidiary Q Square has expanded its digital channels to provide multiple online services and boost its online revenues, including Q Square live broadcast, FB online shopping, Q Square i shopping Q online, and food delivery platform QQ gourmet, etc. While subsidiary Radium-Kagaya International Hotel, with high level hotel image and award of ”2020 Taiwan Service Industry Awards - Gold Medal in Hotel Industry (Leisure and Resort),” has strengthened its website tour packages, FB live broadcasts and cooperation events with Q Square, to increase Kagaya’s direct sales and customer loyalty.
For circular economy business, subsidiary Rih Ding Water Enterprise Co., Ltd. has constructed Taoyuan North District Wastewater Treatment Facility and managed the BOT sewerage system project since then. The wastewater treatment facility, located on a 7,610- hectare lot, had processed over 17 million metric tons of wastewater in 2020. At end of December 2020, Rih Ding Water had added an additional 115 kilometers of pipeline to the underground network and completed the goal of treating 100,000 metric tons of sewage daily. Moreover, with patented BioNET and membrane bioreactor (MBR) filtration technology, Rih Ding Water can generate up to 30,000 tons of reusable water a day. By end of first quarter of 2021, the company has managed Taoyuan sewerage system to reach 101,000 households. Another subsidiary Rih Zuan Green Energy has installed solar panels in Qishan, Kaohsiung which generates 3 million kWh per year. The electricity returned to the grid should be enough to supply needs of around 1,546 residents in the Greater Kaohsiung per year.
Furthermore, in 2020, Radium entered into a partnership with ECOVE Environment Services Corp., an affiliate of CTCI Corporation, and has been awarded the BOT Project of Resource Processing Center in Changhua Coastal Industrial Park by Industrial Development Bureau. Jing Ding Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established to manage operations for the said BOT project over the next 20 years. An environmental impact assessment is currently underway. The project looks to process an estimated 700 tons of general industrial waste, sludge, waste oil, and waste daily once operations are up and running.
