日勝生(2547 TW) 通過2021年前三季重要業務報告
上市公司日勝生 (2547 TW)召開董事會，通過2021年前三季重要業務報告。
日勝生表示，2021年加速數位轉型，建案也將5G與健康元素納入建築設計。日勝生第三季與台中市政府簽約的台中綠捷「南屯站」，已依此策略設計「南屯之肺、森境薈萃」綠化量體。繼去年12月簽訂台中綠捷「文心崇德站」及「文心櫻花站」開發案，由於持續看好台中軌道經濟，今年9月接續簽訂南屯站聯開案，土地面積約771坪，法定容積率500%，建蔽率70%。預計興建地下5層、地上27層地標綠建築，規劃299戶住宅與3戶店面，總樓地板面積約11,070坪。
日勝生康養事業，今年則在三芝推出「日初不老莊園」，規劃15坪、18坪、27坪樂齡住宅，結合樂陶居康養服務，全園區規畫出售型713住宅戶與出租型168住房單位，引進UD住居空間通用設計標章，並預留5G光纖專用管線，設置公共空間高速wifi，加上UWB安全定位系統與3,200坪綠地的高綠覆園區，每戶銷售總價落在400多萬到1,000萬元之間，打出銀髮族與青壯客群的樂齡住宅市場。
至於穩定獲利的循環經濟事業日鼎水務，2021年持續建設桃園污水處理系統，第三季接管戶數已超過10.4萬戶。由於薄膜技術為生活污水與回收水處理系統關鍵之一，日鼎水務於二期擴廠處理系統，整合生物網膜(BioNET)處理技術，並使用建置台灣本土研發平板膜，特點不受污水中纖維與雜質干擾，可有效進行固液分離，提升系統操作穩定性。目前日鼎水務放流水以高品質水質著稱，已優於水污染防治法之放流水標準。未來日鼎水務計畫以結合大數據分析與AI技術，建造智能化水務運維系統，減少人力與設備能源消耗，實踐ESG 減碳行動。
日勝生今年除獲選2021「幸福企業金獎」，加賀屋並獲得2021臺灣服務業評鑑「休閒度假飯店金獎」。董事長林榮顯因有感於年輕小爸媽養育寶寶非常辛苦，因此響應新北市好日子愛心大平台號召，11月以個人奕德紀念基金名義，捐贈新台幣壹百萬元，希望小爸媽們獲得更多社會企業支持。

Listed company Radium (2547 TW) board meeting approved the important business report for the first three quarters of 2021.
Radium accelerates digital transformation in 2021 and designs construction projects with 5G technology and health elements. Radium had signed contract with Taichung City Government in 3Q 2021 to develop "Nantun Station" of Taichung MRT System with concept of "Emerald forests, Lungs of Nantun" based on the said strategy. Nantun Station has a site area of around 771 pings, with a coverage rate of 70% and a floor area ratio of 500%. The MRT joint development project is planned to build a 27-floor green building with 5-floor undergrounded, along with 299 residences, 3 shops, and total floor area of around 11,070 pings.
Radium elderly caring business launched “the Genesis-Sanzhi” in this January, planning to build 713 residential units for sale and 168 units for rental. The total amount per residential is from NT$ 4 million to NT$10 million, with size of 15 pings, 18 ping and 27 pings per unit. The Genesis project is attracting both elderly and middle-aged customers, with concepts of “certificate of universal design,” installing wifi high speed network in public space, along with UWB security positioning system, reserving 5G optical fiber dedicated pipelines and 3,200 pings of green plant area.
As for circular economy business, subsidiary Rih Ding Water made stable profits and managed Taoyuan sewerage system to reach 104,000 households by end of September 2021. Since membrane technology is one of the key components for sewer purification system, Ri Ding Water has combined MBR (membrane biological reaction) technology with Taiwan-developed flat membrane, and enabled the system free from interfering of fiber impurity to increase operation stability. The quality of managed water discharged by Rih Ding Water is better than that of public sewer discharge regulations. Rih Ding Water plans to further introduce the smart water management system of big data analysis and AI technology, to reduce manpower and energy consumption to reduce carbon emissions.
In 2021, Radium is awarded again the Taiwan "Happy Enterprise- Gold Award," and Radium Kagaya International Hotel is consecutively awarded the "Leisure Resort Hotel- Gold Medal" in the Best Service in Taiwan- i Service appraisal. At the same time, in the name of his personal Ei-De Memorial Fund, Chairman Rong-Shian Lin donates NT$1 million to the Social Bureau of New Taipei City, hoping to support more junior young parents to raise their precious babies.
