日勝生(2547 TW)發布庫藏股計畫 預定買回2萬張 買回區間價8至13 元

上市公司日勝生 (2547 TW)召開董事會，通過實施庫藏股計畫，預定自集中市場買回20,000仟股 (2萬張)，買回區間價格每股8元至13元，預定買回期間2021年12月27 日至2022年2月25日。

日勝生表示，本著集團ESG之信念，維護公司信用確保股東權益，日勝生庫藏股計畫，預定自集中市場買回普通股20,000仟股 (2萬張)，占公司發行股份 2.22%，買回區間價格每股 8元至13元。若低於區間價格下限，將繼續執行買回。預定買回期間2021年12月27日至2022年2月25日。

-to buy back 20 Million shares at the price between NT$ 8 to NT$ 13

Listed company RADIUM Group (2547 TW) announces its board of directors has approved the Company’s treasury stock plan, which scheduled to buy back 20 million shares, around 2.22% of the company’s issued shares, from the stock market at the price of NT$ 8 to NT$13 per share.

The buyback period is scheduled from December 27, 2021 to February 25, 2022.
