Radium (2547 TW) advances water resource business -Rih-Ding Water launches 3rd phase of Taoyuan sewerage BOT project

Listed company Radium (2547 TW) announces its subsidiary Rih-Ding Water Enterprise Co., Ltd. to launch the third phase of BOT project for Taoyuan sewerage system, the largest public sewerage system in Taiwan, with an investment of NT$850 million.

Radium (2547TW) plans to expand circular economy business

Listed company Radium (2547 TW) is expanding its circular economy business. After participating in the capital raise of NT$592 million in Subsidiary Rih Ding Water Co., Ltd. last year, it continues to invest into reclaimed water business. Bao Ding Reclaimed Water, a 70%-owned subsidiary of the Group, plans to issue 7,300 thousand new shares at a par value of NT$10 per share, with a total capital raise of NT$73 million. Radium Group will participate in the subscription with a 70% shareholding ratio and subscription amount of NT$51 million. The paid-in capital of Bao Ding Reclaimed Water will reach NT$945 million after the capital increase completed, with paid-in shares to reach 94.5 million shares.

Radium (2547TW) plans to expand circular economy business -Subsidiary Rih Ding Water plans to raise cash capital by NT$ 592 million

Listed company Radium (2547 TW) announces to expand its circular economy business, with subsidiary Rih Ding Water Co., Ltd. planning to issue 50,200 thousand shares, issued price NT$11.8 per share, based on the unaudited book value per share of Rih Ding Water on July 31, 2023. The new shares are expected to be subscribed mainly by Rih Ding Circular Economy Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., a 100% owned subsidiary of Radium, with a total amount of no more than NT$592,360,000. The paid-in capital of Rih Ding Water Co., Ltd. will reach NT$6.21 billion by the time capital increase completed, with number of shares issued to reach 621,000 thousand shares.
