Radium Life Tech Co., Ltd. is committed to providing a comprehensive education and development program for each and every employee. Each year, we plan training programs to meet the needs of our management, general and professional functions in order to promote human resource development and improve the quality and competitiveness of our people. Through education and development programs, this Company provides its employees with the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization so that they can perform their jobs more effectively. To ensure that our workforce has the knowledge and skills to perform effectively, we have a comprehensive training framework and learning development program to meet the development needs of all staff across all functions and levels.
 
 
Staff training and development programs are divided into the following seven categories::
  • New Employee Training Training is provided to enable new recruits to understand the company's background, rules and regulations and organizational responsibilities, as well as to integrate into the corporate culture so that they can integrate into the workplace and perform effectively as early as possible.
  • Management Training In order to refine the management functions of each level of management, enhance leadership, and strengthen communication, response and crisis management skills, we will plan training programs for each level of management according to the level of junior, middle and senior management.
  • Professional Training The transmission of successful experiences is an important element in the professional training of every business unit. We will send our staff to attend professional training from external organizations, and invite in-house professionals or professional lecturers to consolidate their professional knowledge and successful experience and deliver courses to help our staff to enhance their professional knowledge and skills.
  • General Function Training In order to enhance the performance of our staff in their daily work and to enable them to perform their work more efficiently and effectively, it is necessary for them to upgrade their functions to meet new challenges as they accumulate qualifications within the company. The training programs will meet the needs of staff development. In order to achieve the objectives we have set for our courses, they are designed not only for business training but also for interaction and practicality in the workplace.
  • Language Training In response to the wave of globalization and internationalization and the long-term development strategy of the organization, we organize effective programs to develop the language skills of our staff so that they can adapt and use them in their work and daily lives. At the same time, staff will be able to gain first-hand knowledge of the culture and history of other countries to facilitate effective and appropriate interactions with foreigners at work.
  • Diversified Seminars In order to cultivate a more comprehensive vision among our staff, we will invite experts from different fields of work to share their life experiences or professional knowledge, so as to expand their ability to think across boundaries and stimulate more experiences and gains outside of work.
  • Online Training To meet the learning needs of our staff and to encourage self-learning, Radium Life Tech Co., Ltd. has set up an Internet-based e-learning network and will introduce online courses from time to time to enhance the performance of our staff or produce online courses in-house so that our staff can enrich themselves anytime and anywhere.

Q&A

  • In order to help new recruits integrate into the workplace and corporate culture and to enhance their professional intelligence, the Group offers two main training modes:

    (1) Training for new recruits: Within one month of arrival, new recruits will be given training. The training includes courses on the Group's history, rules and regulations, organizational responsibilities and awareness of the organizational culture.

    (2) On-the-job training: Staff can apply for various courses such as management training, professional training, general training and language training through internal training channels or external training channels.

  • The Group has a standardized personnel information form for you to complete. Candidates are also welcome to submit their own CVs.

  • Once you have submitted your CV, it will be reviewed by your supervisor if it is confirmed that you have received it. If your expertise matches the company's needs, someone will contact you within a week to confirm an interview. If there are no vacancies available for you at the moment, we will keep your CV in our talent database for your supervisor to check and review at any time. If you do not receive any of the above information within a week of sending your CV, you are welcome to contact the Human Resources Department at any time.
