Super seismic insulation 

The ground floor and first floor of the building are equipped with seismic isolation floors, using the American DIS brand of Leaded Rubber Bumper (LRB) to reduce the shaking of the building during earthquakes and enhance building safety.

 Super safety features

The seismic coefficient of resistance has been increased to 0.32G, which is equivalent to Class 6 seismic resistance, exceeding the normal regulatory standards to ensure personal safety.

 Superb Structuring

The foundation piles are deep in the bearing layer and the structure is as stable as a mountain. Regular inspections are carried out in the first, third and fifth years of operation, and five interim inspections are provided as required during the warranty period.
