Radium(2547TW) is awarded "2023 TCSA Sustainability Report-Gold Award" and "Aging-Friendly Leadership Award"

Listed company Radium (2547 TW) won the TCSA 2023 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award - "Sustainability Report- Gold Award" and "Aging-Friendly Leadership Award." Along with that, subsidiaries Rih Siang Property Management won the National Brand Yushan Award- "Outstanding Enterprise" for its youth houses in New Taipei City,” and Ji Shun Life won the Yushan Award- “Most Popular Brand” with its Le Tau Chu Senior Happiness Home.

Radium is committed to implementing sustainable cities, elderly caring, circular economy, greenhouse gas and sewage management. Radium Silver Life Project - The Genesis 1 in Sanzhi has a site area of 15,391 square meters and a planned floor area of 50,350 square meters. It is positioned as a private senior residential that can be inherited, including 520 apartments of 49.5, 59.5, and 89.2 square meters for sales, combining with services of Le Tau Chu Senior Happiness Home for rental. The Genesis 1-Sanzhi has closed the sales and targeted to complete construction in first half of 2024. The following project “The Genesis 2- Sanzhi,” with a base area of 3,993 square meters, has launched in 2022 Q4 planning with a floor area of 13,464 square meters and more than 130 sea-view residences of 49.5, 89.2, and 109 square meters. The project is expected to complete by end of 2025. The community is designed with bright and ventilating concepts, with cloud caring system to detect residents physical and mental health, and smart green buildings are integrating with coast view in Sanzhi, to make the elderly life become a high-end personal asset.

Radium’s reconstruction project “RADIUM ONE” in Da'an District, Taipei City, has a site area of approximately 3,431 square meters and a total floor area of 32,396 square meters. The project is expected to complete by end of 2026, with a 24-storey SRC smart green building and 4-storey undergrounded, targeting to obtain certifications of WELL healthy building, golden smart building, green building, low-carbon building, and earthquake-resistant building. For the three development projects along with Taichung MRT system, urban designs are under review and expected to start constructions in 2025. As for the new construction of the Administration Building and Library of the National Palace Museum, it is planned to construct a 3-storey administrative building and a 2-storey library, with a total floor area of approximately 7,256 square meters, expected to complete in the second half of 2024.

For circular economy business, subsidiary Rih Ding Water’s sewage recycling system has connected more than 131,000 households and 151-kilometer undergrounded pipe network, with a capacity to treat sewage of 100,000 tons per day. Subsidiary Baoding Reclaimed Water managing the Taoyuan reclaimed water BTO plan, has started construction in November 2022. So far 60% of the planned pipelines to the CPC Refinery in Taoyuan and 50% pipelines to Guanyin Industrial Zone have been constructed. It’s expected to deliver around 10,000 tons of reclaimed water daily to CPC Refinery starting from 2H 2024. Radium group is planning to further install solar panels and develop technologies of hydroelectric power generation equipment and biogas power generation system, to build a green energy ESG park in Taoyuan.
